Rainbow of Grace Community Services provides support that strengthens individuals, families, and the Wilmington community. Each of our programs is built on compassion, faith, and practical guidance — offering youth, women, seniors, and job‑seekers the resources they need to grow, heal, and move forward. Through mentorship, outreach, and opportunity, we help people build confidence, stability, and a brighter future.

Outreach Ministry

Our Outreach Ministry for Women provides compassionate, individualized support that honors each woman’s unique journey. We focus on understanding personal needs and offering practical, empowering solutions that promote healing, stability, and growth. Through guidance, resources, and faith‑centered encouragement, we help women strengthen their confidence and move toward a more secure and hopeful future.

Job Creation

Our Job Creation Services focus on opening doors to meaningful employment and long‑term stability. We take time to understand each individual’s strengths and goals, offering practical support, skill‑building opportunities, and pathways to real jobs. Through guidance, training, and community partnerships, we help people move confidently toward financial independence and a brighter future.
